Calvin Sanborn, Legal Director of the Environmental Law Centre at the University of Victoria, will be presenting the newly published document, MAINTAINING SUPERNATURAL BC FOR OUR CHILDREN: SELECTED LAW REFORM PROPOSALS. This summary of provincial environmental laws shows how we could still gain protection for our lands and waters with amendments to existing provincial legislation in the aftermath of the passing of the federal Bill C-38.
